A deposit may be required to secure your session.
Full payment must be made before the final delivery of images.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may result in a non-refundable deposit.

2. Image Rights & Usage

Shelby Limited Photography retains the copyright to all images.
Clients receive a license for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, or emergencies with prior notice.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

4. Editing & Delivery

Standard editing (color correction, light retouching) is included.
Additional editing requests may incur extra fees.
